Finding out you are Pregnant
In Bucks newly pregnant ladies should self - refer to the Midwifery service. This can be done by visiting - Maternity Services - Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (buckshealthcare.nhs.uk) and completing the self referral form.
However, it is important you inform the practice of your pregnancy so that we can ensure your medical records are updated. Please call the practice on 01494 890900 and inform our administration team who will advise the GP.
